Lower Road Post Office

Realy nice staff, open for parcel drop off outside normal post office hours. If they are open you can post a parcel, great way to do business.

Poor service. I asked for 3 large letters proof of postage but I was send outside to use the post box. That was rude and unprofessional. I were waiting in the queue for 10min till while she talk to her friend.

Very very slow for a post office. Obviously it will be busy at times especially through this pandemic as people are sending letters/parcels more frequently so get more staff. Need more training on costs as they have overcharged me before so be careful. Place is disorganised with out of date products. Need to have better customer service. Hopefully they will take these comments onboard!

Very rude and unprofessional Post master (lady owner).

Busy chatting to her colleague while customer is waiting to be served and while serving keeps chatting to her colleague (basic etiquettes missing).

I/friends/family will not be using this branch anymore.

Extremely friendly and professional staff, particularly the lady (owner). I am surprised to read some bad reviews...😳 the only thing I can say ...is try the services once to make your own mind!!
