Very helpful staff, but often understaffed and long queues

I used the check and send service and paid my money. Said I need a signature on the photo witch I went away and got done. Went back to get it posted and then was told my passport photo might not be accepted. Should have been told this the first time when I paid for the service. This service is a money maker and don't do what it says. Stay away like the plaque unless you want to be told some a lot of lies.staff trying is needed and perhaps a smile now again from the miserable staff. LOSERS

Staff lovely helpful but alot of time long queues

Payed for a child's passport to be checked, it was not checked correctly so the application was put on hold. The post office said that it was not there fault and would not reimburse any money. Thank you GPO

Went to have my Driving Licence renewed today, excellent, quick and efficient. Thanks

Super helpful and friendly staff. Clean and tidy store with various post-office stationery available. Hand sanitiser, good queuing system and one way system in operation. Staff will remind customers to wear a mask. Quiet when I've visited in the afternoon, longer queues in the morning.

Really rude staff!
