Sycamore Place Post Office

This place wouldn't get a star if I could. Staff rude and the second time they have charged £3.10 for a small jiffy bag that easily went through my own letter box before I took it there. It had 6 pieces of lego inside. I always try to avoid and drive to little chalfont, I don't want to give them business. The place is stuffy, smells and needs a good clean... I've seen cleaner shops in Africa.

Arrived late in the day for an international driving license. The gentleman apologised as he had to divert his attention to get parcels and post to the delivery van and the lady dealt with my application in a methodical, polite manner, reminding me which paperwork to actually take with me when I travel. Pleasant transaction.

Fabulous place with great staff and lovely, personal service. Always welcoming, asking about the family while serving me...I wouldn't post anywhere else! Merry Christmas to all of you!

I just moved to the area in January, I had to return my sky equipment as I had to close my account, when I arrived at the post office. I received a strange look from the staff behind the counter. I have never experienced such bad conduct and customer service. I felt like no one wanted to help me, they where extremely rude and aggressive, and argumentative. The whole experience was absolutely shocking and I would advise everybody not to go there as these people have no customer service skills whatsoever.

I have read other reviews and I have to say they are very similar to mine, it's a shame that our post offices has come to this and have been taken over by people who don't seem to care how they treat people or value customers, I will never go back there again.

with my job I travel many areas in the UK and I have to use many post office branch. I was lucky to find the branch post office branch with the waste service and extremely rude staff. Royal Mail should not give post office licence for people like this or need at least basic anger management lesson first. I do not even think they even know there are word and terms like 'politeness' 'customer service' in their dictionary

Please complain to The Post Office, hopefully they should be able to improve this branch. All the staff at this post office need some basic social skills and training in dealing with the public. Found them extremely rude and unhelpful.. It appears most of the people have similar experience.
