Honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Rude unhelpful staff. Not to mention extremely slow. There a plenty of people who need jobs right now. Being kind and helpful is a simple human trate. Chandresh I have delt with on two occasions is particularly bad. Royal mail is a great company. With my business I send parcels out often, this is by far the worst royal mail branch.

I never write reviews, let alone bad ones. But on so many occasions the service has been a disgrace.

Extremely helpful staff.. They go extra mile to help me proceed my business packages. I have a drop and Go Account. So I feel really Assured. Never have I had any issues. Very Efficient service provider .

This has been my local post office for many years. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the ladies that work there. All of them go a extra mile to help me. Anila, Riya, Rajinder, Amrat & Chandresh they all are so helpful and make my posting life easy. Thank you ladies and keep up the good work … A******* all the way.

no manners how to talk with others. my parcel they gave me after 1 month. when i visited office they told me not received but already delivered my parcel. they not even check my parcel without cheked they told me your parcel not received. really bad even staff not talked in polite manner.

Very slow service; they always want to charge you as much as possible, giving the highest price instead if a range for postage services, leaving the customer feeling like it’s a negotiation or research trip. They also suggestive sell stuff a lot like insurance etc. this is frustrating as the queue is usually very long and when queueing or even when you are at their window, you’d appreciate them cutting this out to make things go a bit faster for the waiting customers. They also always ask what you are sending and for you to read the address/postcode regardless of the package type, which isn’t the case with other postal services even Royal Mail when they collect from your house.this feels invasive and public.
Overall, the customer service is very basic; they would definitely benefit from some kind of empathy-focused customer service training as they are either sales focused or apathetic.
On the plus side, deliveries from this post office are fast and reliable, although if you do have any issues with any lost packages they are completely unhelpful and uninterested.

I bought travel money and they gave me a torn note then blamed me that it was my fault. This is besides the unprofessional service provided by the postal staff.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!! The staff here are beyond rude and unprofessional. The woman named ranjvita (or something) was very unclear with me when giving instructions and blamed me saying it’s my fault. I honestly couldn’t believe how this woman was speaking with me, she was so ill mannered and nasty. I wanted to cash in some money to my account and when I told her the amount, she counted up the coins (35£ worth- mostly 1 pounds) and gave me a different figure. I later told her I’m 100% sure there’s £35 and she impolitely told me to take back the money (which was in front of her) and count again. I told HER to count it again and after some time she did count it and I was correct. She didn’t admit she was wrong, neither did she apologise, instead she gave me attitude and believe it or not she told me not to come back and next time go to the bank lol. She was incompetent and incapable of counting £35 in coins. SORT IT OUT WILL YOU. I felt I was speaking with a rowdy old hag on the street rather than a worker in the post office. I really hope the manager sees this and does something about it. And to whoever is reading this, go to another post office if you want your job done properly by someone who speaks and treats you with respect because you won’t get it here.

Very bad service also lady was rude behaviour with customers.
