Temporarily closed - A busy One Stop in Tunbridge Wells has emergency closure amid rat 'food contamination' fears

It will only be allowed to re-open once the "imminent risk to health no longer exists" said Tunbridge Wells Borough Council

It’s not open every day till 10pm as advertised. Wasted a long journey here on Sunday at 3pm and it was closed.

For the post office, don't use the advertised telephone number - this has been disconnected but rings like it is connected. Phone the shop number on 533720 - they are very helpful.

Was not made at all clear that the post office closed at 5pm. A lot earlier than the 10pm the shop closes. Very unhelpful.

Says shuts at 5pm but disappointed me on several occassions as I got there and it was shut at 1pm or 3pm without any reason. Why even bother being a post office branch?

Rubbish Post Office. Supposed to be open but bluntly told they are shut from 1:45pm. Avoid.

Might as well not be a post office. Never open, and if it's supposed to be open there's a reason it isn't (today was a software update on the till). Waste of time.

Update Again. Closed today, no explanation and nothing posted except on the glass IN the post office (just saying closed today). Infuriating. When you're returning something to an online retailer, the location is pre-selected, so I can't even go elsewhere.

9-45 am temp closed due to delivery called an hour later could NOT process 2kg printed papers parcels to USA and Holland then made up some story about Postman cannot lift parcels above 2kgs (They all go in one sack !!!) Then "We are only a sub post office" cannot process Over 2kgs were told to read their own compendium absolute rubbish travelled to Frant processed all three parcels in 7 mins 1, Nelson Road ( Must have placed their eyeglass against the blind eye ) useless should not be allowed to run a post office.
