I walked a mile in the snow to post a parcel to a friend in need. I was greeted with "it's lunchtime love, Post Office closed" I explained that I'd come out for that reason only but although the shop was otherwise empty and it was just one small parcel he just kept repeating "we have to close, it's the rules! So rude and absolutely no customer consideration. Very short sighted for a small business. I certainly won't be back.

I came a long way and the guy is saying to come later. I have he won’t send off my parcel as apparently the post master isn’t there. I asked of he was able to process it and before I could finish he said he couldn’t . As I walked off to find another, he is shouting at me. Terrible service.

The guys working in the shop and post office are extremely rude and dont seem to know how to run the post office side of the shop.
