Gerrards Cross Branch Post Office

So maybe it's not really 5 star but it's also not as low as these impatient, entitled people are rating it. It's just a small store, looks family owned. They're polite, there's sometimes a wait, but that's life, the world doesn't revolve around us, as individuals.

Extremely rude staff in the parcel collecting dept . So much so , I’ve been left feeling upset . They are so unhelpful, slow and awkward.
I dread having to go back , I would not like to experience this again .Totally unnecessary. The most awful experience ever !

Always a huge queue, always understaffed. Go somewhere else.

Visited here today, one of the useful fellas was on lunch so I spoke to his colleague who advised they weren't accepting International Postage at the moment and then sat back and crossed his arms ie 'with attitude'. Useless

If less than one star could be given, it would be.

The woman who served me today was possibly the most abhorrent person I've ever come across in a customer facing position.

Terrible customer service, only open for two hours a day for parcel collection, no parking and now on strike!!!

Staff are so rude. I literally was shouted at by a man working behind the counter. Trying to understand the reason for him being so upset when I asked a question about postage times - still beyond me.

Several witnesses who also walked out of the post office after this.

I use this post office regularly (most weeks) and have never had any issues-the staff are very nice and helpful, and often packages are shipped with more efficiency than courier services.

I would ignore the bad reviews personally as I have never had any issues with them.
