Rude & worst customer service you can imagine happening in 2022.
By entry shop, 20 minutes before closing, they did not accept the package because it is Saturday and in the rainy weather they may become busy so no service provided and I been told to come on Monday morning. Can you believe to hear that? In other occasion, they led to agreement by raising voices in the store, by lie straight in the eyes, that I asked for 1st class only even though so I repeat several times to send by 1st class signed. Very often happens that apparently the post office is close due to technical reasons or that the last collection for postage was at 1pm and there is no point to posting after this time. When you ask for advice, if they know any open post office nearby they answer “it’s your business to find not mine”
Honestly it’s shocking how rude, unprofessional and disrespectful they are and how far they allow themselves to treat people. It’s Great Britain not India, with all respect to country.
They should be pack and shipped where they came from with a ban on entry ever again.

DO NOT GO THERE. tried to scan my return label, wouldn't scan. The OWNER tell me to go away from his shop while his employee was giving me information, saying that the queue was big and I was making him lose money.
Went to the post office next to Picadilly circus and guess what? The label was WORKING FINE!
I recommend walk 5 minutes more to get to the Picadilly circus one. There is no queue and the service is great

I do not ever leave bad reviews but the way I was treated yesterday was absolutely shocking. I took back 3 parcels for someone at work , I needed receipt proof for all 3and I only got 2 they told me something about codes which confused me and I left. I went back as my manager said I need 3 receipts, I know these people we’ll never thought a simple rectify could turn so bad. I just asked if I could show them the parcels in the bag as I had 3 and it escalated so quickly for the guy to be shouting at me I am a liar and said I was on camera. I think I need to take this further so someone can see his footage this guy is not well he turned so quickly over nothing for the older man to calm him down. He should not be working with the public and I feel he needs some help. I won’t be dropping this so easily, I was then told by a colleague he shouted at woman and she was upset. That makes me angry and he should not be getting away with this. Looking at the reviews he needs to be fired from that job, like he probably was before.

Handy central post office but they overcharge: was told I had to pay full price for a signed for service with postage already on it, which isn’t my experience at other locations. Just be careful

The shop owner told me to stand aside to re-write a postal address on a package (that he claimed wasn't big enough even though it was a normal size) and to move out of the way from where he just told me to stand because he couldn't run the shop with me there. I then said I would be done in 2 seconds, and he told me I had to go elsewhere because he wouldn't serve me. Rude and very officious. No patience with customers and incredibly uptight about the shop.

Very rude staffs, unwelcome and unfriendly. This shouldn’t have any star at all. If you’re looking for post office service or buy anything just avoid this shop. Don’t waste your time and energy.

UPDATE- The Manager called me, apologised and refunded me the money. It made the difference talking nice.

My experience was awful. Such a poor service, I got charged twice, they kept lecturing me that I was in the wrong, that they made a refund instead of a charge on my card, and they needed to repeat the transaction... I kept saying that I can see the charger on my card, but they said it will be a refund in 2 days., The receipts they gave me were also weird as they don't reflect the reality of my purchase. I felt racially discriminated, accused of being a liar and not trusted, they put their mistake on me, as they kept pressuring me to pay more and I paid again because I wanted to leave that environment, I felt insulted and embarrassed. I left with a bill of £100 instead of £38. They must have cameras so please do a spot-check, as this is worrying. Very bad behaviour. Then I had to send my bank statement to his personal phone, I sent it as not much personal data is in there, it's an unacceptable. I still didn't hear any apology and obviously I didn't get my refund yet, I am waiting for them to get back now. I hope they learn how to treat people, a bad day can happen but this morning at the phone I felt again accused and not apology given... Horrible experience.

They close at 6:30pm not 7:30pm and are very rude staff that won’t serve you after 6pm as they need to close up the shop.
