By entry shop, 20 minutes before closing, they did not accept the package because it is Saturday and in the rainy weather they may become busy so no service provided and I been told to come on Monday morning. Can you believe to hear that? In other occasion, they led to agreement by raising voices in the store, by lie straight in the eyes, that I asked for 1st class only even though so I repeat several times to send by 1st class signed. Very often happens that apparently the post office is close due to technical reasons or that the last collection for postage was at 1pm and there is no point to posting after this time. When you ask for advice, if they know any open post office nearby they answer “it’s your business to find not mine”
Honestly it’s shocking how rude, unprofessional and disrespectful they are and how far they allow themselves to treat people. It’s Great Britain not India, with all respect to country.
They should be pack and shipped where they came from with a ban on entry ever again.
Went to the post office next to Picadilly circus and guess what? The label was WORKING FINE!
I recommend walk 5 minutes more to get to the Picadilly circus one. There is no queue and the service is great
My experience was awful. Such a poor service, I got charged twice, they kept lecturing me that I was in the wrong, that they made a refund instead of a charge on my card, and they needed to repeat the transaction... I kept saying that I can see the charger on my card, but they said it will be a refund in 2 days., The receipts they gave me were also weird as they don't reflect the reality of my purchase. I felt racially discriminated, accused of being a liar and not trusted, they put their mistake on me, as they kept pressuring me to pay more and I paid again because I wanted to leave that environment, I felt insulted and embarrassed. I left with a bill of £100 instead of £38. They must have cameras so please do a spot-check, as this is worrying. Very bad behaviour. Then I had to send my bank statement to his personal phone, I sent it as not much personal data is in there, it's an unacceptable. I still didn't hear any apology and obviously I didn't get my refund yet, I am waiting for them to get back now. I hope they learn how to treat people, a bad day can happen but this morning at the phone I felt again accused and not apology given... Horrible experience.
