Leyton High Road (354) Post Office

Unfortunately this post office branch do not accept returns that have QR codes to scan/print (which meant hauling three big boxes back home...).

Also didn't receive the best service either - felt extremely rushed which meant that the service came across rude and unhelpful. I have come in half an hour before you close so please respect that you are still open until then, and think about your customer service as that is still important until you close for the day.

Last time I went in there was a lovely and friendly lady who served me and I am sure she would not have acted so rudely!

Appreciate the pressures currently but do not let your standards drop just because there are new measures in place. Customer service is still just as important.

Been collecting and dropping off parcels here regularly for the past year now and think the staff are great. Never had any problems and they are always helpful and friendly. Thank you, Leyton High Road Post Office!

As shared by other reviewers in this page the man is very rude as I’ve witnessed the way the treated his colleague while collecting a parcel that he misplaced. The store itself is a mess between pharmacy and post office, there’s so many parcels lying around on the floor what a disorganised place.

They close before 5.30 the time on the opening times board
And they are rude and do not have any respect for the public. Horrible customer service

The man that works at the post office here is very rude. yelled “come on” at an elderly man who was slowly making his way up to the till. Also i was charged £3.20 to post an item that is usually £1.99 at any other post office (pretty sure that is illegal). These two things happened on different occasions. Please consider using any other post office in the area if possible. There are plenty.

Lovely little shop. Combination of pharmacy and post office together. Staff are lovely and friendly great service. And convenient too. Perfect.

Wiping dust from the shelves on the way back to the window as if she wanted to show me she’s not in a rush
Looking at me like an idiot
Asking me to give her full address is front of five people standing behind me on the line
Postcode yeah but full address??
