One stop service for all postal, parcel and money gram service. Have good collection of postal goods such as envelopes, letter pads, pens and other stationery items. Excellent and helpful staff and Post master.

Old and haggard women working behind the counter who moan when passed even a slightly heavy package to post. I'd suggest some customer service training or just getting rid of the cobwebs and hiring younger, able bodied and fresher faced staff who actually enjoy doing their jobs.

The young girls that work there are extremely slow and incompetent - questioning customers who are not requesting "ordinary" services, asking one another what is the right process to follow as they are one more clueless than the other, etc. Months ago I put that down to inexperience, but to date it is obvious that they are plain incompetent and uncaring. Plus, in September this place was selling expired food at a reduced price, which is totally illegal! I reported them to Post Office at the time, but they could take no action as "it's a PO branch within a convenience store or they were selling their own separate goods".

Every time I use this Post Office, there are huge queues and delays. These are mainly due to an experienced staff member explaining to /training an inexperienced staff member. In addition, members of staff inexplicably just leave their positions and disappear without a word of explanation or apology to the waiting queue!
So unprofessional!

Worst service ever, not a good,post office, dave a very rude man the the ladies most dont have a clue of what to do, some of the most simplest post office things, very poor service would not recommend
