Central England Co-operative, Alvaston Post Office

Shocking service. Every time I use this place even if there's only one person in the queue I'm stood waiting forever. Helping people fill out forms shouldn't be done over the counter when there's only one member of staff working.

No problems with service. Always very friendly.

Excellent customer service, post office staff were amazing, banking was done fast and effective, excellent customer service, highly recommended the post office.
