High Road Hayes Post Office

I have ordered some staff and I gave the pick up point at Hayes post office Uxbridge road
On the day delivery date j in received an update saying
Sorry, we were unable to deliver this
item at 01-07-2022 as the recipient
refused to accept it. It will now be
returned to the sender.
So I went and inquired about it she had the audacity to say that she dint have sufficient space to keep the parcel so she refused it
We pay for it it’s not free n I wanted that stuff which I ordered very urgently and two of my parcel were refused to take and sent to the sender all because the post office don't have space
Then why do the post office have drop off point if u lack of space
Worse experience ever

Rude Asian women.... Constantly trying to get involved when I'm dealing with the English lady that works there also. Avoid this post office at all cost she has an attitude zero customer service from her side.

First time visit as wanted to sort out my car tax at Post office on the Uxbridge Road, Hayes.

I'm on long term sick leave and difficult getting there. Both ladies were polite but the Asian lady at the Post office helped me so much, better than Hayes Town rude and disgusting Asian person who has no customer service 😡. She should not be on the counter but behind the scenes. If you can avoid Hayes Post office within WHS, please do.

Very rude asian lady,sitting behind the counter eating,i went to play lotto and top up my osterly card,as approach the counter with plastic cover because of covid was greated with WHAT as i was wearing a mask and none of them were,she couldn’t hear me properly,manage to get my message across and could see straight way the kind of person i was dealing,payed and left the shop and wouldn’t go back there.
Been there before and notice the rudeness,but didn’t made any case but today decide to check reviews and for my suprise,place is rubbish.

First experience here was definitely not good with the person who was there.

Just been there again and same lady was angry about the review I put in before and confronted me about in a spiteful way, not even letting me speak and turning her back on me.

Sort my business out with another staff member who was very informative and kind so thank you for this and that's why I changed the review and gave more stars to the place.

The Asian lady who owns the place is incredibly inconsiderate and downright rude to customers, passing by unnecessary comments and judging customers without knowing facts. She has an attitude problem and behaves like she is doing you a favour! Have been putting up with this for a couple of years now but I’ve had enough, would rather travel twice the time to another post office then step foot in here again. Absolutely ridiculous, even 1 star is pushing it.

I have lost my temper today. Every time I go there I get rude and lazy stuff ( on their phones - English lady) or Asian lady refusing to check my large letter which anywhere else they charge me around £1.50 for it and she always charge me £3.20 cos she cant be bother to put it through to check if its actually large letter or small parcel. This was my last time in here today. I would rather go hayes town.
Once I went with a parcel and Asian lady ( the one who normally sits on the left) wanted to charge me more. I refused to pay. I send my friend to send my parcel an hour later and it was cheaper price.
Anyway. It takes me a lot to complain but today they were but of order.

Certainly not worth the 1 star. I am utterly surprised this place is still in its existence. I have been to certain post offices (i.e. Kingshill Post Office, Kingshill Avenue, Hayes) who despite outside the post office opening hours, still operate its full services and of course send out the post once the post office is operating in its working hours.

However, this post office - The Sun post office, Uxbridge Road, Hayes (next to Lidl and Kulcha Express) - 9/10 have rude staff working there who seem as though they carry their residual anger from their homes and bring it to the post office. The Indian lady working there seems as though she’s always having a huffy and takes it out on the customers.

Most post office’s happily (and kindly, *cough cough*) take in posts and parcels to send out - even if the post office is closed yet the convenience shop is open; and thus when the post office opens the post goes out, of course) yet this store, no matter how many posts and parcels you have to drop off and send out - this post office tells you to go back where you came from and to come later.

How this post office still exists, will truly be one of the many wonders in this world... *insert applause here.
