Post Office - Costcutters

Continuously lose my parcels and are a pain to deal with. Once I had to point out my parcel buried under their illogical sorting system (piling) because the staff lacked the ability to read a postcode.

They close whenever they like and seem to cost vast amounts more than the main post office on Lavender Hill. I can only assume that they don't give out information for budget postage.

Lost my daughters passport dont have any contact number to call we are due to fly out soon and they havent given my daughters passport to the royal mail absolute disgrace

The post office closes earlier than the time table days in google, unhelpful staff... avoid.

Dirty shop..needs cleaning.. products are always out of date!!! 👎

very terrible rudeness has survived !!!

Staff don’t care about customers waiting. Long queues while they are chatting on the phone with relatives.

They are just hopeless
