Doorway extremely difficult for access with a narrow pram. Parcel box bought turned out to have water damage. Unable to do a return at the new post office counter as they “can’t” process proof of postage for a hand written return label. Rude when asked if there was someone else able to process this if I were to come back later.

It's a paper shop AND a Post Office!

I have been overcharged here. VERY rude, unhelpful staff who make a lot of mistakes. They do not seem particularly trustworthy. I would recommend you go elsewhere.
