Wandsworth Post Office

Really helpful staff and professional service. I had a problem as i did not filled my online application properly. But they helped me so much to correct and sort the issue out. Indeed good post office as others told.

What a terrible business! They have unreasonably high prices because they knew that there was a visa center nearby and that people have to come to them for a photo shoot or photocopy at the last minute.

Although single page B&W copy is only 50p, they set the minimum amount as £1 for card payment. And even I wanted to pay cash, they insisted me to pay 1£ with card, saying that they do not have change. £1 for a page of b&w copy... It’s unbelievable!

I went to go and pick up a parcel from the post office on the wandsworth high street and the costumer service was dreadful the most unprofessional people at the front desk i would seriously recommend retraining

Went today morning to get a printout. The guy who own the printing counter came and asked us to say at the counter. After waiting about 10 minutes I asked the post office front desk lady how long it would take the guy to come or is anyone covering this counter she said do I look I work in this counter? If I do then I should be here. The attitude level she had was extremely unpleasant. However she walked with an attitude and bought the guy out. The photocopy guy said he went to have his break by keeping us waiting in the que. I’m speechless about what to say. Do customers have to stand outside until they come out from their break? I mean he can of course ask someone to cover the desk or leave a notice outside for customers to see.

The lady who was extremely rude was an Asian lady, wearing glasses, black short hair, was wearing a grey trouser and a white top.

They are only Post Office which stayed open between Wandsworth and Wimbledon. Usually quite busy but nice staff. Eventhough you can tell how understaffed they are as there is not a person for a self service to help. Overall ok place.

Printer service available - was helpful for visa application needs

I regularly visit this post office (I do far too much online shopping...) and it's always an easy and pleasant experience. The store is very large and well organised and the staff are polite and helpful. When there is a long queue during busier times there's also often someone who is able to quickly do any return parcels at another desk as well which is great. Sadly the self-scan machines aren't currently working but I assume that's COVID related.
