Putney Post Office

I'm a small business owner and I go and send a lot of packages every day. The people working are always very helpful and I think they are very patient. They always patiently inform about the details. Thank you for your support. Even with long queues of people, the staff are very fast. It doesn't take much time to get in and out.

The staff in this branch are incredibly rude. I would highly recommend going elsewhere. Today (as just one example), I was snapped at by one of the team simply because I couldn’t hear the question they asked me. When I explained I couldn’t hear, they laughed and sniggered. Appalling service.

Response to owner’s comment: To expand on the above, when he spoke a little louder he specifically said ‘obviously doesn’t speak English’. When I pointed out that was impolite, that is when he laughed - there was no postman there at this point, only a member of staff next to him.

We paid for special delivery tracked. Trying to look for tracking number the 3rd day. Nothing on the receipt. Went back, they told us nothing they can do. Now the parcel is lost and we try to go back to them and they are denying their faults.

I would avoid this place. They don't listen to you so you end up getting charged for 1st class rather than 2nd class. Messy shop, over-priced items, rude staff.

Good place to visit. Young guy who opens up at 7am very friendly polite and respectful. Nice smile can put you in good mood for the day.

The worst staff in the world especially the little Indian woman with the mole on her head so rude and has a stick up her a$$. She decided that the letter I had that she pushed through the letterbox would only go through 98% - it would have definitely gone through had she put in just the tiniest bit of pressure. The letterbox measure they have in behind the counter is a representation of a letterbox and a postman would have easily put that package through! Instead she charged me a small parcel fee which is £3 more, in fact when checking the price on Royal Mail website she even overcharged me the small parcel fee!!! Avoid this place (or that woman) if you can!!! Replying to their response: maybe you need to read my review again. This is the correct branch full of rude staff who rip people off.

Really miserable rude staff that rip you off. The little woman with badly dyed hair is the rudest one - not sure how she still has a job!? Make sure you check the prices on the Royal Mail app before you go in there. In fact if you can use another post office I would advise that!

Terrible terrible service. Extremely rude staff. Always so miserable going in there. How do these people get jobs in customer service when they clearly have zero customer service skills!??? If you have access to another post office I would definitely use them as it can’t get any worse than them!
