Knightsbridge Post Office

This is a great post office with friendly staff and large selection of services. You can buy stationary and packaging, ranging from letters to boxes. There are nice cards to purchase too. There is a self service area and several kiosks. There isn't a queue usually at the self service area unless a till is broken. You can also find a photo booth to take passport photos! I would recommend this post office for everyone.

This post office has lots of functions like taking photos and money services. It sells stationery and cards etc.

Sometimes it is soooo boiling hot in the summer that it has to close. No air conditioning inside i think.

Staff at the counter are not polite but the guy who is usually on the self checkout support is lovely.

Staff had masks around their necks but were not covering their mouths or noses. No hand sanitiser available for people to use when they come in and out but ironically they are selling it on the shelves!

09:08 and the post office is still closed. Unacceptable. This created a qué 9 customers. The members of staff folding boxes as can be seen in the picture.
Is there any explanation on why we are waiting ?

Worse post office staff ever. The lady who worked on 29/04/2022 at the office where we send packages behaved terribly. If she doesn't like the job she can change it. But to treat the customers like that... So bad. Because i couldn't hear very well because of the window, the lady was very aggressive and she started making fun of me. These kind of persons who hate their jobs, actually ruin your day.

I used the post office for a digital passport renewal and my old passport is now missing, as the tracking number they gave me ( written in biro on my receipt! ) is not a valid number, so I have no record of my passport leaving the post office, or arriving at the passport office. Totally unprofessional.

Absolutely disgraceful and disgusting person works in the Knightsbridge Post Office branch named Annie/ Anna, a middle aged frustrated African British woman who takes out her anger of her life on customers. She should NOT be working there and will face consequences for her actions, unprofessionalism and rudeness.

This is the best post office I can find in the whole of London. The staff are all lovely and approachable and there is always plenty of stationary equipment which I find is rare in the city

A lot of stationary and a nice staff.
I dealt with Farah and Anna and the were extremely helpful and nice.
