Alperton Post Office

Friendly post office....but it's really expensive if you buy from the shop inside it...they literally charge extra for printing documents from a pendrives like seriously they charge extra for that kind of stuff.....These retards think that the printer takes extra effort printing .pdf files....and be aware they don't print .doc files, You'll need to convert em first. envelopes...AHH envelopes...they cost 50p/per piece but 50 envelopes cost £1.50 for 50 in Tesco.....I used to buy stuff from this post office 8 months ago when I was new to the country and I used to think that UK is so expensive....well it's just filled of cheats like this🤷🏾‍♂️

The opening times of the post office don’t match the ones posted on the internet. They open at 9 am on Thursday and not at 8.30 am, so I had to wait until they opened. Otherwise the member of the staff behind the counter was polite.

I've used this post office/shop for over 20 years, never had a problem. Very friendly and helpful staff. Reliable advice given from staff many times. Thank you and God bless.

You will have mixed experiences based on the person who attends to you. The lady is very courteous & well-informed. One of the men is rude and also sent my parcel through a different Type then what I had asked him to.

The old man working there is really rude. I had asked for a tamper-proof special delivery bag but he refused to put my envelope in the bag, even though this should be a standard service provided by Royal Mail. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Hi all, I visited Alperton branch today (20/12/22) I was in contact with and old skinny gentlemen, may I said that he was the rudest man I have ever encounter. I come to the branch to follow up on a parcel that I sent on the 10/12/22, as far as I'm aware, it has been received from the post office but since then it has been scan further.

I have try to explain to this gentleman the situation, however he straight away went on the defensive, and said to me that I could call the police and get them to search the branch as its not her, I have try to explain him what Royal Mail said to me when I called them to chase it at this point the gentlemen shush me and didn't want me to go further in my explanations. I did as him not to do so, and he keep on doing it 2 more times. I said to him that parcel should be around and he called me LIAR, I have ask to speak to the manager who did not seems to be bother either as he told me that he wasn't it fault, and told me to go to the depot to found my parcel. I have ask the old gentlemen to treat me with respect, but than he started to talk in is own language to the manager.

Very unprofessional way to be treated, being disrespected like this in front of the all post office has been a very unpleasant experience. The worst is that the manager let his employee doing so. I was ashamed to be treated this way. He was extremely disrespectful and did not change his behaviour when kindly ask him.

I went to alperton post office today and it's closed 😑😑..why???
