Bav and Raj give outstanding service every time I visit, they go above and beyond to help each customer! So glad to have them in the village, always greet me with a smile and cheer me up! Thank you for all that you do!

Deleted my old 1 star review in light of the new owners who are great! Friendly, personable, helpful and no more really long wait times. They are an asset to the local community. I use this post office every week now instead of going into Epsom as I did before to avoid the previous owners.

Excellent service!!! I have used this post office since November last year very frequently. The owners are very friendly and helpful and give outstanding customer service. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I would highly recommend. I wouldn’t go anywhere else

Have been using this post office regularly recently and staff have always been lovely and know so much about which service you should use for each situation etc. Even when it's really busy during lockdown they deal with everyone so warmly and get everything done efficiently. Thanks also for keeping the baby calm!

The best post office I have ever been to, I live next to a different one, however still choose to visit this store. The owners are amazing and they’ve been a blessing ever since they have arrived! I would never visit a different post office.

Been using this post office for years but under this new management/ownership I’m quite impressed how quickly they processed my requests and general great interaction I had with both owners, warm hearted, open and helpful people!

Sad that the Post Office now doesn't open til 9am and doesn't stay open as long. Not the same level of service as before, in my opinion. The new lady that works there is quite unhelpful and when I queried an exorbitant fee the Post Office charges for checking ID she was very rude. Being back the father/daughter team! Much better service now at the Barnetwood Lane office.
