Opening time mon- fri 5am-12midnight
Sat,sun 6am-12mid night. Also shop close normally
2am every day....
Money gram, banking deposit ,I’d check,bills. Payments,local collect (parcel force and Royal Mail)
Returns,international driving licence,...ID certification ..mail redirection ...and travel money most of counties...with special rates when you buy £500 worth....

Got robbed by their "post office" services. They put in fake weight so price was super high. And they sending it 1st class so taking max amount of money from you and doesnt even tell you.

The guy with a hat behind the till is a joke. He tells some customers off for asking questions regarding their services. He fakes the size of prepaid parcel and without asking my permission, very quickly he printed a new sticker and asked me for payment. With the pressure of the queue behind me, I found myself paying again for a service that I have paid already online. He speaks very fast with a fake smile that makes customers just pay whatever to leave as soon as possible. I consider this a kind of scam.

I would give zero stars if I could! The post office person would not give me my parcel I paid for !!! Just because I’ challenged him with concerns he was taking my ID behind closed doors ! I asked why he couldn’t write my name and check my ID when he gets back with the parcel and then can check my ID, so I still holding on to it ( remember it’s MY ID!)He said if I don’t give him my ID to take behind closed doors, i won’t get my parcel . He then said when he came back with my ID behind closed doors , my system is saying you can’t have the parcel. He was annoyed and didn’t like I said I was uncomfortable him taking my ID out of sight . He wouldn’t check to see if my second parcel was there. He refused to give me any of my parcels! In my opinion I wouldn’t use them again . If you question anything , it was clear they will not provide the parcel , that you paid for .

Update . company I ordered my parcel from stated I’don’t need To give my ID to the guy . Just my QR code , which I had. Be careful with proving your ID to this place . There was no need for this guy ( stocky build , Greasy dark hair in a ponytail) to take my ID and take it out of my eye sight ! Be careful

afraid have to change this rating to 1 star. I had the audacity to question why the price was different to online one, got told off. not the first time. also just checked the tracking, item hasn't left the New cross gate post office, though I went there to post on Monday. guess we are doing it petty!

The place is a joke. The guy in a cap in the glass box overcharges. He insisted on £6.85 for a small packet with a signature needed, that the website states as £2.35. I refused to pay used another post office without issue.

This is the best shop and I get good customer service the best in south London 💯
I also got the best service even when the post office was closed they deposited cash for me

Brilliant service! I run a small business and use this post office frequently with my Drop and Go account, usually dropping off between 10-20 parcels per visit. All the guys are super friendly and helpful any time I have questions. They treat every one of my packages with care and the D&G service is really efficient. Overall a really superb team and excellent service. I would recommend.
