Tudor Drive Post Office

I would give 5 stars for rudeness and zero stars for service to this post office who refuses to handle parcels larger than a 30cm cube. Run once again by third world service. Royal mail I hope you're reading this your good business brand is being dragged through the mud by these fake corner shop post offices run by the rudest people on planet earth. Get it fixed!

Staff would not take my pre-paid Parcelforce parcel which was admittedly large and heavy because they apparently did not have the space so I had to carry the 22kg 1m+ parcel back to the car. No I will not be attempting to drop it off in the morning to them. They don't deserve the business - very unhelpful.

Once again rude service. Got my warm home payment and they stated they couldn't do it on my British gas card as they were a local post office only what does that mean....

Tells my obviously wrong when purchasing my postage, and then tells me i cant pay there i need to buy at home, eventhough i checked the measurements. And then they don't even help you. Absoloutly awful that place.

It is run by individuals who have no idea about post office service. I took 2 small parcels all labelled and paid for, the gentleman! Said where is the form? I said what form? He replied I don’t know the system said form. I could hardly understand what he was trying to say or properly explaining him self and was rude well. This is the second incident in 5 days . Went to another post office and the job done and no questions asked.
The main post office should look in to this . I gave then 1 star because there is no 0 star.

SARURDAY CLOSE BEFORE 1PM DURING THE WEEK CLOSE AT 5:20PM DEPENDNG ON HOW THEY FEEL, the pick up is at 5.30pm from the van so they want to close early.As all the rest review very bad service. Complaint with Post Office but they cannot do anything

Rude uninterested member of staff who says come back 3 o'clock. So went out of my way for nothing. Much better small post offices out there. Should have been open at the time.

Was dealt with politely and quickly and had 2 parcels to post and a letter to Australia
