Post Office - Earl's Court

My experience was excellent - they were kind and attentive and I got in at 5:30 30 ministers before closing and only one till was closed but the other two were still operating.

Despite, the fact it was busy and close to closing time for them they still helped me out with sending off my package and advised me on which delivery option was best suited for my package. 👍🏼

The concept 'Refund' doesn't exist in this convenience store so you can enjoy a very weird refund experience only in this lovely shop. I strongly recommend visiting this post office only for postal service, not to buy something.

I wanted a refund for my purchase a few minutes ago, but I had to "exchange" the items with other ones with the same price in total. The staff told me this is the policy only in this Earl's court post office convenience store.

I respect that unique policy, so I recommend not buying anything in this convenience store, especially to someone knows the meaning of 'refund'.

This is a great post office. Staff are friendly fast and polite. With all the bank branches now closing or have already closed you can do your banking here and doesn’t matter which bank you are with. They are open until 6pm Mon-Fri and even on Sat which is amazing. Closed Sundays. Very happy with this post office.

Very bad service. Had a parcel that was delivered by Dpd to the post office. This was returned to sender in less than 24 hours. Very unhelpful staff and really badly run. Should not be signed up to a service that they cannot facilitate.

Nobody's fault, whatever happened with Royal mail. Sort out your mess. Not people's fault so stop profiting now on people which need to send stuff internationally. It's bloody ridiculous!!!!!

This post office has to be the best service I have ever received from a post office. It doesn’t even matter which person serves me. Well done!
