Put incorrect tracking information on second class signed for postage, phoned on the day to tell them of the mistake, told me not to worry the item with high value will be delivered. 3 weeks later still no delivery, item is lost, out of pocket by £120, second issue with this post office had to change post office because of the mistakes made, tried to locate my parcel as tracking says it's still there. They blamed royal mail.
