King Street Post Office

very bad customer service. they never speak politely and never explain anything if you ask them. very rude behaviour with customers. want to give 0 star but there is no option fir 0 so giving them 1. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

The Indian women with short hair who somehow still works here is extremely rude, bitter, unhelpful and straight up incompetent. Would not go back there. I have reported her.

I went there to collect amazon parcels and was treated well, there was a slight doubt about my assistance dog but once they saw he was properly leashed and wearing his uniform, the matter was closed. I generaly like straight forward interactions and this is what I got. I ahve no issue other that the post office being at the end of a rather cramped shop, which is not ideal for access. The shop needs to be less cramped for accessibility. I have updated this review because i have found that the opening times here in google do not match the opening times of the actual post office. Which I find incredible troublesome. In addition, today I was greeted by an ignorant young staff with an immediate "dogs are not allowed" - really? Can't you use your eyes and see that my dog is wearing an uniform, how difficult is to be kind to other peopl and give benefit of doubt first, then verify if dog is trained instead of an upfront ignorant "dogs are not allowed".

The staff is very rude especially one old lady who works there, I have been there few times and every time she is rude. It can be a very simple conversation but this lady manages to get rude any way possible. Even after so many bad reviews, the service hasn’t improved even a little I am very disappointed.

If you wanna know which is the Worst post office In England it is 100% this one the Rude old Indian women with Short hair who is a Employee needs to understand that customer service is something in this country i cannot believe that she still has her Job cause she is one of the Most Incompetant People i have met and doesnt know how to serve Customers with respect trust me if you wanna send your mail just walk to the next post office cause otherwise this post office will never close down

The old Indian Lady with short hair has to just Retire i dont understand whats going on in her mind but she has to be the most Useless the most Arrogant and most incompetant Postal Employee there is and trust me i have been places where i have encountered many people who is nothing but professional i dont know how she has her Job but mahn she just needs to Quit her Job at this point .

Staff doesnt know what is pre paid lable specially they hired recently Sikh men, is very rude and dont know, most of the parcel he refuse to accept because of lack of experience.

Very rude lady working there who charges extortionate rates for parcels.

Avoid this place and do it online on the Royal mail website for half the price.
