College Street Post Office

Absolutely the best post office around for service and courteous staff. Always helpful and they all go out of their way to make you feel welcome and not rushed. All the old people are treated with respect and kindness like they should. A totally different experience in Long Eaton town centre as i felt like dealing with robots. Best post office for miles!!! XXX

Got served quick staff helpful maybe wear mask when out on the floor ?

Not impressed that they have refused to accept two click & collect orders. usually they are very good but have left me disappointed to say the least

Only ever have one person on the counter, even when customers go in with loads of parcels to send and take about ten minutes. Queues pile up and no-one bats an eye lid. Just go elsewhere

Possibly the worst post office I have been to. Staff have been rude and unwilling to actually help in any meaningful way. No urgency even when ques are out the door

Go to the main branch in long eaton for proper service
