Morden Post Office

Strongly disagree with other reviews. The two ladies working the post office counters are absolute heroes. They are fast, professional, friendly and work relentlessly. The T4 christmas rush has been crazy, I've visited 4 times in the last week, always with a big queues, but they just get on with it and the queue moves surprisingly quickly. Great work guys, really appreciate the hard work! Merry Christmas!

After reading the reviews here, I was thinking I might better use a different branch. But, since it was the closest to me and I had to go back to work I said I'll give it a go.
Not sure why people are complaining here. The service was really fast and the staff is amazing.
My experience this morning below
Me: morning
HEENA: morning, how may I help?
Me: I bought a new car and would like to tax it and apply for a v5.
HEENA: how would you like to pay?
Me: credit card
And that was everything. I stayed for less than 3 min at the till. I'll be amazed for the rest of the day.

this is my local post office, but I go an extra 1.5 out to Wimbledon to avoid this one as I always have an unpleasant experience! One of the staff members is always abrupt and borderline rude.

So helpful and friendly, always a pleasure to post packages and do returns.

I lived a 1min walk from this post office for 30 years. The previous long standing husband and wife owners were very rude, so I was happy when management changed. Except the male owner now is also rude and judgmental, although his wife is lovely. It’s a shame he lets her down. I now drive to the Martin Way post office instead as the lady there is really nice.

I had a simple request with everything that I needed for my request. The manager lady immediately turned me away. This is very unacceptable behaviour no wonder the post office was dead. There staff are soo rude and disrespectful. I had to walk to the martin way post office who dealt with my request straight away very nice and professional. This is a must avoid post office as the staff think there above everyone else. I will never use this post office again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

disagree with other reviews: once i had to post a jumper for a depop sale, and realised i had left my money at home- the lady was very kind and kept my package safe whilst i ran home and back to get my money (about 15 minutes) x

I have been sending the same package for about 5 years now as a large letter. I was even advised by the old post office to fold the item in a certain way so that it would fit a large letter and save some money posting the item. I have not had any problems sending this same item until the old post office closed and this one has opened. I now have to go through a length process to make sure there is no air in my packages so there are no problems sending it as a large letter. Some of the staff here are super friendly and helpful. But the owner makes me feel like I am trying to cheat her in some way every time I bring my packages there, compared to the old post office I find are quite unhelpful sometimes, small things like stapling receipts together for you, or if your running late the old post office would go out of there way to get it in before the 5 pm cut off i find this post office are quite unhelpful. Both Frank and Anita are actually both super helpful always, but I also miss how helpful the staff at the old post office were.
