The staff are always helpful not always bizzy inside they offer most services you might need

The gentle men on the till was very unprofessional and rude.. just went there to get myself an international driving permit but without any knowledge or facts he just turned me away and said they don’t do that service.. however I went back again and asked one of his colleague politely.. she was very helpful and helped me to get an IDP after doing some research.. I felt really bad he should’ve done his job better.. he shouldn’t be turning away customer without any facts or information

Staff helpful and welcoming. Smilingly face behind the counter on the 2 occasions. Best Post office l have ever been since in England more than 25 years.

Very unhelpful and rude staff. online shows child digital check and send in this post office but after getting there, the person at the counter said they do not do it. zhe chucked 2 forms at me and said fill these and come back. I didn't take the forms.

Meant to be closed at 5:30 but they closed at 4:00 because they are short of staff. People are getting paid until 5:30.

Website says closes at 5.30pm - Got to post office at 4.45pm to renew my driving licence . 2 x people siting at till points , no others customers in there but me - Was told that the ‘machine’ for the renewal of driving licence stops at 4.30pm ??? So I need to come back another day or got to the passport photo booth and ‘buy’ my photos for extra £6 and fill in form for new driving licence. I told them I had left work early to get here before the 5.30pm but still was told to come back another day before 4.30pm. Any reason why one of them, who weren’t doing anything else but sitting there, could have operated the ‘machine’ to renew my driving licence???

Shows it closes at 4.30pm online, got there at 3.30pm only to see its closed with a notice board, how can it be that the biggest post office in the area is closed at 12pm on a Friday? Absolutely shocking

Meant to be closed at 4:30 but got there before and doors where shut lights off. People are getting paid until 4:30 but aren’t even in the building 5minutes before their closing time it’s annoying
