By far the worst sorting office I have ever had to receive mail from. They lost one of my parcels, took my number to call me when found however I never got a phone call. When I visited the branch again to find out what was going on, it had been found but they just couldn't be bothered to call me and let me know! Great communication. However the worst of all is the opening hours. Even Great Yarmouth's sorting office has extended opening hours - til 20:00 some evenings! There is not one day of extended opening hours in this branch. The latest they are open til is 13:00! Considering the scope of ground this sorting office is supposed to serve, this is an absolute joke. How does this serve a community where many of those who work commute? How can I get my mail when as a student nurse I do a placement of 12.5 hours 3-4 times a week and on my days off I work half days, totally missing the 13:00 close time of his sorting office?

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Out of every 5 deliveries I order they deliver four of them to the wrong address every time. The driver or drivers are not taking the time to read the address properly, there are two trading estates right next to each other and 90% of the time they deliver my parcel to the wrong one. It has got so bad that I have given my personal phone number to the other business so he can call me each time they deliver my parcel to him. Today being the 24/03/2022 my tracking info states, redelivery requested, which means yet again my parcel has gone astray. I have even seen tracking information that suggests that my business is closed on Saturday's so do not deliver, and I would really like to know where they received this information from considering we are open every Saturday from 8am to 1pm. Its a horrible and frustrating service that I can do nothing about, and the contact us page is a loop, that leads nowhere but back to the beginning of the contact us page. Another day or couple of days or even a week now of waiting for my parcel.

Not even attempt to deliver the parcel. Been told to collect my parcel just 5 mins before the closing time. Good job, no wondering you got so many bad reviews.

My review is for 0 stars, not 1. And this is why:
1. Recently, whenever our mail was delivered (when they felt like delivering it!) delivery times were not guaranteed.
2. I wasted days waiting for parcels that were not delivered when they should have. As a result, they left a card in my mailbox to schedule a redelivery or collect. And this led to a whole new level of issues because:
3. The code on the card doesn't exist and I can't schedule a redelivery!!! I tried every possible version of the digits/letters mix and there is no way to find the correct code!
4. The office to collect is open 4 days a week between 8-10am only. Closed on Saturday.
A piece of advice to Royal Mail: please shut this office down. It's good for absolutely nothing. With the money saved, employ staff that can perform such a basic job to deliver parcels and writing numbers on a piece of paper!

The times for this office are:
Mon - 8am till 10am
Tuesday to friday 8am till 10am and again 12pm till 2pm
Sat - 8am till 2pm

There is a man with blonde/light hair and glasses who is very friendly and helpful. One time a woman served me who could not operate the scanning device. When I politely advised her to ensure it was parallel to the item to be scanned, she went crazy and acted in a childish and most unprofessional manner. Wonder if this is the same woman as was complained about in other posts. Hope Royal Mail take note !

There were no issues more than 50 times, that I used this Delivery office, but unfortunately the last time when I came to send the parcel (with click and drop label), the new member of the office, said me that it is impossible, because the office only give parcels, but don't accept them. However on the RoyalMail website it still says that it is possible to drop a parcel in DO. I tried to explain that it was possible a lot of times before, but it didn't help. Please provide the information to stuff members that customers are able to send parcels in this office.
