Hounslow Heath Post Office

This post office does not even deserve a 1 star rating, the young Indian guy working at this post office does not know how to do his job. He will be rude to the customer and give his own opinions rather than what is meant to be told to the customer, absolutely terrible service! He will return your parcel to the sender although it had arrived and will not tell you that your parcel is there. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS POST OFFICE! However the shop is very good which is owned by a polite Indian Lady.

The man with glasses who is in his forties is quit rude and impatient, he mocks customers who do not understand postage terms. The location is not clean, disorganised and needs more light. Royal mail should invistigate the service here.

I have been to this post office several times and I have not had any issues. The staff are very polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Their service is also very good. They also operate on Saturdays which is very good as it gives you extea leeway if you miss out Monday to Friday due to busy working schedule.

One of the best Post Office service in the whole of Hounslow. The cashiers are very professional & friendly. Always high quality service. Highly appreciated & would recommend everyone.

I wanted to give it one star but then reconsidered. Typically the man who works there is quite rude, abrupt and impatient. I once went to the post office at 5pm and he started showing me hand written notes that the post office closes at 5pm even though online it clearly says 5.30pm. He could still have helped me but he simply refused to work a minute past 5pm.

On the other hand, I have not had issues with returning parcels but reading other reviews does make me worry that I may end up losing a parcel because they really do just leave all the parcels in a little trolley for anyone to grab and go.

Slowest service, No manners, the Indian guy as well as the lady there do not even bother to greet you. Ask any question and you get replied back very rudely. Well it's a Dog eat Dog world. Enjoy
