Ruislip Manor Post Office

The staff at this post office are so helpful and very knowledgeable.
I take all my business here and each visit they are always consistently efficient.
They are very well stocked on cards and stationary and you can get your weekly lottery ticket as well as sweets.

Extremely unprofessional and rude. The ladies working behind the counter clearly don't know their own systems and lack sufficient training. I had to leave and drive to the Eastcote branch just to do a simple pre paid parcel drop off.

Went to tax my Vehicle here yesterday to be told that she wouldnt do it as she didn't know how was told to come back Monday i explained that i didnt live here,repeated come back monday.nobody could believe her attitude, weasnt the only customer she was rude to.

Terrible service. Been in there twice in the last few months.
Paid for passport checking system and wasn’t done correctly, causing delay in receiving passport back.
Separately asked for small amount of cash change and was refused!!
Would rather travel to Northolt to go to a post office!

The member of staff on the counter was trying to answer the phone whilst quickly deal with the queue. When an elderly person asked a question they got given a form and a number to ring. It wasn't great however, I could see they were trying to end the conversation. That's the reality nowadays I guess.

The lady at the post office is disorganised, messy, rude and doesn't know how the Amazon system of collecting parcels works. She refused to hand over my parcel as she refused to accept my ID matching the name on the parcel. I hsd to call Amazon customer service and got help from them.
Also their shop roof leaked during the night and many boxes got soaked. Very messy place.
The man at the till doesn't want to even listen to you unless it's for paying something. I'm not sure he can understand English well.

Super rude staff - How do Royal Mail let these people represent them. If you go to her shop with a pre paid package she never takes it. She is happy for you to pay her again even though you have pre paid. Greedy woman and so rude, someone should let her know smiling is free, she probably thinks it costs hence never smiles. I really don't know how these people sleep at night and Royal Mail let them get away with this.

Very bad first impression!
The lady at the post office counter wanted money first before handing over the Postage sticker!! & very rude!!
She thought I going to run away without paying!!
