East Sheen Post Office

Extremely rude and arrogant staff , no skills with customer service whatsoever i will never use then again. They treat you like they are doing you a favour, but i would like to remind them that we are the customers and we can first.

Awful service the man was very rude to me. Unhelpful, pretended to not know how to scan my parcel. When I asked if he had any tape to put a little on my parcel as there was a gap at the bottom he said no and threw it onto the pile. Would give zero stars if i could

My son went here today for the first time on his own. He said they were rude, unhelpful and overpriced and that he is never going to go back. With so many new options for delivering parcels, I really fear for the future of the Royal Mail if they treat their next generation of customers so poorly.

The people that work in a post office very rude refuse me my parcel even if I showed an ID They are very rude need investigation

This post office are constantly overcharging their customers. I visited today after weighing and measuring the parcel at home and the Post office website said £2.85 for Tracked 48.
They tried to charge me £9!

Theyve done it a few times in the past, how is this allowed?

Great Post office, they help with the best tips and advice so people can get the best value for money. Really great branch!

Used this post office several times in the past few weeks. I think I have now been served by all the staff who work there at least once.

All of them are competent and professional, and patient with the other customers who come in without knowing what they want!

Usually no or very short queues, except at midday when the post van comes to collect the mail (it's a very small PO so they don't have much space to store parcels).

All my second class items sent here have been delivered the next day rather than 2-3 days (not really under their control, but gives me a good feeling).

Not good experience at all and everytime I go there I just regret it. A rude arrogant lady with black hair in her 40s playing idiot when I told her I'm collecting a post from amazon she was like had no idea about it and starred at me in a weird way asking some nonsense questions just to let me feel not comfortable then she went and bring it easily she knows where it is and what she's doing but she just wanted to make it seems hard.

No smile or a welcoming environment at all. An other time with other lady I clearly told her I want my post to be recorded delivery she chose special recorded delivery I had to get the refund after that.

Not recommended please find somewhere else.
