Although Sometimes, there are many people lining up, the service is quite good and friendly. They can offer cash deposit, mailing & copying service. As there is no bank retail branch in Colindale, it is nice that cash deposit is offered.

Horrible customer service. The lady serving me refused to scan my QR code and insisted that it didn't work without her even attempting to try. I had to print out my label using their printer instead. Being greedy over the 25p charge is pathetic.

Staff are so hopeless and rude the guy i’m always served by is so stuck up and unprofessional always find him kissing his teeth at me like why take a customer face role if you can’t deal with any customer. BAD SERVICE DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I have experienced really terrible customer service by two Asian ladies. My parcel was re-delivered to this post office by my choice (I was hoping it will be the safest way to make re-delivery). Firstly, although I did had my redelivery email confirmation, the lady said she doesn’t know if the parcel is here because the card itself had no tracking number( ok, maybe that is the RM personnel issue because they didn’t did that once they left the card for missed delivery). I went to the Hyde office to get the parcel, I was told it was sent to my “re-delivery” preferences, and that I should check with the post after 3 pm. Which I did. I went the second time, after 5 pm on same day. The lady again, start asking me about the parcel number which was not given originally. At least for the curtesy of the customer, if you do tell them, to come back later and they do come back, why not to check the parcels? How is the checking online going to help you if all the parcels (mind this is a very small post office, the parcels are just behind you!!!). Never mind the stress. The second post office lady kept telling me to go back to the original The Hyde office (which I did), or call customer service (whyyyyy). If I have chosen the parcel to be re-delivered with you, and the main Hyde post office has confirmed it is done so, why give so many questions to customer, when it’s no need for that! Just do the job, check the parcels behind. End off. Tomorrow, it’s my third time I will have to go this post and face again 101 unnecessary questions. But this time I actually myself I did found online the tracking number, and who sign for the parcel inside this Colindale post office so it will be fun! They really do give you an attitude. I hope this can be improved, as the time is valued for everyone. With all the respect, if you’re too busy to look- just tell the customer, please come back tomorrow. But what that will change? You will have to check physically the parcels 1 by 1. Today or tomorrow. I hope my comment can make an improvement to the customer services. I can come back 1-2-3 times but what different that makes, I think post office personnel should be trained how they need to do the work. For example, turn and look for the parcels instead of sending customer to come back, and when they do you do absolutely nothing and ask them to come back. Does that even make a sense?
Thank you!

Staff are working very hard to fulfill customers needs!
I don't know why other customers are complaining about the service! It is hard to satisfy everyone! Hats off to the Colindale Avenue Post Office staff!

Usually there is a bit of a queue, but it serves the local community very well. Posting items, paying cash and/or cheques to your bank account, buying food and drinks. Exactly what we need in Colindale.

Very tiny shop with a post office attached. Staff were nice quite swift with serving me. The lady was by herself and was doing the best she could to serve non post office customers. All in all everything was ok but another member of staff to help would have made things better
