Great service. ATM available outside the post office.Polite and professional staff. Willing to help. 2 meter distance clearly marked on the floor so no one can mess around.

Amazing service and team! Always super easy to send or return anything with them and they are always very helpful and friendly.

Whillam has no idea about customer service or any update on banks or any knowledge at all .
I’ve tried to send money home and I couldn’t because he doesn’t know the debit card from “Chase” bank Acocunt .
🫣 would never ever step foot in there and I’ll make sure that everyone who wants decent customer service not to enter either .

I visited for the first time staff unbelievably rude and the middle age man at the counter has such a patronising tone and I hate it. I am surprised with a paid positive feedback in here

On the morning of 18/11/22 I was given the wrong price when I went into get a quote for next day delivery parcel service and then my receipt didn't show the insured amount of upto £500 which I specifically asked for ... the staff were incompetent and didn't offer me a basic level of customer service that I expect from the Post Office and on top of that told me downright misleading information that resulted firstly in an increase in postage costs from £11.15 to £16.68

And their negligence would have left me with no proof of insurance cover had I not known better and challenged this error

Slow with long queues and a very confusing multi-area desk set up so you don’t really know where to stand. Helpful when you finally see someone.

Superb local post office. Dee, the owner, has clearly invested a lot of work to keep it looking spotless and well stocked. He's such a decent guy, ready to chat a chat and helpful on everything, such as the correct type of photo for various kinds of ID. The shop can replace Amazon for a surprising amount of stuff. We love the Orchard toys and puzzles, and the toys last a bit longer than the usual poundshop stuff. Staff are friendly and professional. I always get advice on which postal service to use when doing returns. Hours are pretty good. Covid-19 protocols were well observed and enforced. The only place locally to get a fiver in your ATM withdrawal (at the counter). A real high street gem!
