Mount Pleasant Road Post Office

About as useful and helpful as a stick in the eye. Refuse to accept my parcel with prepaid label as the scanner couldn't read the qr code, even though the delivery name and address were clearly printed beside it. God only knows how postmen and women were able to do their jobs before qr codes. Maybe reading and a bit of brain power, or is that asking too much.

Usually very good service. However, they tried to refuse to give me a receipt for the letter I took there to be sent. Wonder why.

I sell items online so have used this post office regularly. I also use it for banking as well and can honestly say I have always had excellent service from all staff. I am surprised to read a few negative reviews on here however my experience has always been fantastic, staff are polite and professional.

Rude staff shouted and woke my baby when I asked why they appear as an Amazon hub when they cannot take Amazon returns.

Amazing post office. I have always found post office staff to be bored and not bothered with a negative attitude. But this post office is so supportive and polite. The lady who served me was very helpful and she had a smile on her face. It was such a pleasant experience. Thank you.

Top Post Office. I make sure I do all my RM business here.
The staff are always happy to help, and are lovely to chat to if time allows.
They’re not just nice to me, either- they’ve built a real rapport with regulars, and are just as friendly to new customers.
They care about whether my occasionally valuable business Mail makes it on time and in one piece, regularly check to ensure that I’m not using a service that costs me more than it should, or doesn’t cover the insurance on the item I’m sending.

The only downside is of course the ‘rush’ they occasionally get that leads to long queues on Mondays or the end of the day (4-5 o’clock). But they regularly have both windows open, what more can they do?

Again, because it can’t be said enough, I’ll make sure to use MPPO every time.

Hello I have found your post office to always friendly and efficient.
However there is an issue with your cash dispenser. This evening between 8 15pm and 8 45 pm. I tried to withdraw £20 but the cash never came out. When I checked my balance it showed the £20 as withdrawn. I would like to have this resolved and if you kindly check if your machine has £20 stuck as afterwards it said it cannot issue any cash.
