Stoke Park Post Office

Post office is now staffed by McColl's staff since the store reduced in size and the post office closed its larger counter. Staff polite and know what they are doing, only issue is when the store is busy and you may have to wait until someone is free to serve you.

Not sure what has happened to Stick Insect since the change.

Dreadful worst experience ever, the post clerk was terrible, royal mail should hire people who can do a proper job, no wonder it's going down the toilet, avoid unless you want easy task made very difficult.

Bad news here! Try Chantry post office it's only about a mile away if you're in a car and you get friendly, knowledgeable staff. The queues can be a bit long, but even at there worst it is only on average only a 3 minute wait! The post master is so grumpy, yet knowledgeable and helpful, he is a delight

Post office is now a part of the shop next door and doesnt provide the services on the website. Staff were apologetic, helpful and very friendly.

I had to return a Amazon item, it was very early in the morning so I checked Google. Two post offices came up this being the first. I saw the star rating and thought that's not a problem I've only got to return a item!
Staff on site was very helpful and gave me directions to another post office around the corner because this post office isn't open until the afternoon! I understand that the post office and store are run by different people or staff but as a business owner myself it doesn't take much to change your opening times.
Now I know not to waste my time not that it's the person's fault but just let people know.

The ladies who work there are lovely however my experience is bad as I was served by the most miserable, tall,blonde man. I sensed he was some kind of a supervisor as the young chap serving called for him. I wish he didn't. AVOID

Always find the staff friendly and helpful.

Closed at 20:00.....should be closed at 22:00!
