Definitely the best post office service locally. The young man who served me is quick, professional, polite and knowledgeable and I love the fact the store is always lovely and clean.

I have online business and regularly sending a parcels . I am always satisfied with the service . Staff always friendly and helpful . Thanks a lot .

I have been to this post office to redem a voucher (Gov help) from my utilities supplier and the guy (a young and tall boy who wears glasses) refused to scan the barcode from my phone and asked me for a physical copy of the letter to be kept there for their record. He stated in a very confrontation tone of voice that without the hard copy, he couldn't redeem the voucher. The email, I have received from the supplier, clearly says that there is no need of a print-out, it just need to be shown at the PO. I am wondering why people, who work in a post office, want to keep a letter with sensitive information (name, surname, address) for their record. Unfortunately

I was scammed on a postage cost here. I was posting 3 letters below 100g each. I already had stamps. I asked for proof of posting. I heard that I could only get proof of posting for a letter above 100g; otherwise, I won't get any. So even though my letter were 30g each and I already had stamps on them, I had to pay an extra approx. 60p for each letter. Petty, I know, but I am not a scammer here. My regular post office confirmed I was scammed.

I use this post office regularly and their service has been incredible! Always super informative if I have any questions and they give you all of the options before posting anything. Very friendly staff - 100% recommend.
