I was shouted at walking in the door! Never been there before, never going there again.

Went in with my mum to get a travel card and the guy couldn’t be more helpful! Explained in detail how to use the app and top up abroad. Fantastic customer service, thank you!

Consistent, usually two desks working and plenty of supplies for sending parcels.

Main one in Woodhouse but never have more than one person working, other day was waiting almost 30 minutes to be seen then today another 15 min stood in a line, have covid rules still which is absolutely pointless.

Need more staff working, you have two tills for a reason!

I gave these ones star as I went in for them to change my road tax over I had to fill in a form however I am dyslexic I asked the lady behind the counter if she could feel the same for me as I am dyslexic the answer was no she can't do with this when I have gone in before I have had no problems I think it's because she was on her own in the shop and couldn't be bothered to do it

Amazing how many things they sell in here, lovely wax melts and candles, good photo frames and toys, sweets and chocolate , incense sticks and holders, learner plates, notepads ,stationary, a brilliant post office and friendly staff.
