Park Royal Post Office

Woman working here is unbelievably rude and obnoxious. I think she's the owner, black lady. I'd just like to highlight I've never written a review before, but this lady was so rude.

Would never back. From the hospital. None staff would consider going only has a very very last resort.

Does woman not know the customer pays her wages.

My parcel was there by parcelforce! under tracking number but she didnt want to check the number on it! I could see is my parcel but she said no its not mine!
I called parcelforce they said already have million of complaints about her

Incredibly rude and obnoxious owner of the shop a lady. I have never been spoken to like this before by someone behind a till. The people in the queue behind me were complaining about the long wait time. I said that it might speed things up if she would stick on the international stamps instead of me (this is the norm in a post office). This woman was confrontational, rude and raised her voice at me in front of other customers. The most unprofessional person I have ever met, this woman needs an attitude change when dealing with paying customers for Royal Mail. Definitely do not recommend going to this post office. I asked her to show some respect to a paying customer and her response ‘you can go to a different post office’. What a rude and disrespectful person.

These negative reviews make me wonder if this is the same post office I go to. The lady, always goes out of her way to help me, even going as far as taking me to a neighboring shop to help me print my mailing doc which I didn't print before coming.

Very rude lady on the phone, absolutely disgraceful. Unwilling to do her job at the post office and accept a royal mail pre-labelled parcel. Told me to go somewhere else and hung up the phone.

The post office is staffed by a mother and daughter. The daughter is helpful and professional. However, the mother is rude and borders on being abusive to customers. She shouts at customers and is overly defensive. Rather than being informative and trying to help customers she is rude, dismissive, aggressive and unnecessarily loud. For someone in a customer focused job she appears to hate interacting with customers.

I don’t know what it is but every time I go here I barely get greeted and it’s full of attitude.

I remember the owner was complaining about customers coming to the post office half an hour before closing time.

I’d completely avoid if I were you.

How strange? Everytime I went they were just purly polite and tried to be high efficiency. It is true that there are too few staff (2, normally) but the mother and the daughter both have been very nice and polite. Wondering how they could be “rude”？On the contraty, they're very good service, warm and kind~from my own experience.
