Hatfield Post Office

Always had great experience whenever visited except for the non service, joy sucking customer enriching associate who was working at the first counter on March 11th 2022 evening (Sorry couldn't get his name to tag him for his excellent service, owner please tag him). Suggest to wait a little a little longer, just walk out, come back later, ask for someone else, Jog around the park, break your diet- eat a pizza, you definitely won't regret it.
If anyone ever reads this please let him access his full potential I am sure he's needed at a village to torment the villagers or stealing gifts underneath the Christmas tree.
Was experiencing a beautiful day other than my contact with Dementor which led to the review sorry amazing staff at Hatfield post office you deserve better. It's sad that you always remember the unpleasant experience than the pleasant ones afterall we are still humans.

The staff are amazing, always help me out with everything and are very friendly. This post office has the best customer service I’ve seen!

I don’t normally write bad reviews but this post office in hatfield town centre is especially bad. Staff are always rude. Just wanted to send a parcel off and the man working at the register ignored me for the next person when I clearly had a parcel waiting and when he gave me my proof of sending he screwed the receipt up when he gave it to me. I always stay polite and get treated badly consistently

I’m very happy about the post office near the town centre. The young man near the counter helps me all the time with my bankings and he even helped me in applying for my driving license. I suggest this to all my friends and i can 10/10 rating for his service

Been to so many post office to get road tax and v5c , but trust me this particular post office and their service is top notch. The man behind the counter was super amazing I recommend the highest possible rating.

VERY RUDE Took a parcel in there today, was served by a man who clearly had no manners took parcel threw it in bag and gave me my receipt, no hello, thank you just chucked receipt on counter.
