Burnt Ash Hill Post Office

Parcel sat there for days and still hasn’t been sent. Waste of time

HMRC need to investigate this place. People probably working for cash in hand.

Also Amazon return system is always "broken"

The uneducated guys just don't know how to use it.

I use this branch almost everyday. The staff are very helpful, informative and pleasant to deal with. I send up to 40 parcels a week and I've never had a problem with my parcels being sent to wrong address.
The queues move fast without feeling rushed, I always use this branch as it is close to my house, before this branch opened i used to have to walk 20 minutes to the nearest alternative.
They also sell essential goods like milk ,bread, eggs and lots more which is very convenient.

Staff are friendly and polite. I’ve given 3 stars because of numerous occasions the post code on the receipt is wrong. Even though I wrote the address absolutely correct on the package, on one occasion a seller refused a refund because they said they can’t guarantee my package will get to them judging the receipt of postage. It’s convenient location wise but think I’ll have to walk down to Lee post office to avoid the stress in future.
