Cranbrook Road Post Office

Worst service ever, don’t deserve one star. Horrible, rude, inefficient staff. Wouldn’t give my parcel to the post man even though he was still there. Waited for almost half an hour to be served, a man stood at the front with at least 50 stamps and envelopes and they couldn’t even serve anyone else in between him sticking them all on. (Slowly). Huge queue. I asked if the post man was still there to take my parcel when I was finally served and was told no. It was the last collection of the day so I commented on the fact I had waited all that time and the man was so rude! Asked what he could have done and I suggested serving others in between, with everyone queuing behind me agreeing and he was horrible. The post man then came back in and I overheard them telling him not to take my parcel!!!!! Stuck up, lazy and rude. I’ve never left a bad review in my life but I’m so shocked at this place. Disgusting.

After 25 mins of waiting in the front No. 1 positon in the queue, I returned back home with the letter that I went there to post. Reason - I knew my number wont come for another indefinite time. The reason why the storekeeper did not pay any attention to the long Queue in POST area because his OWN customers kept arriving (even arriving after us). We kept waiting forever. When asked to be served, he was very rude in telling that we have to wait. So we still waited for him to serve all HIS customers who arrived after us. Until finally I lost hopes and left the office. I have logged a formal complain against this branch. I will never go to this office again.

1st class signed for parcel not been sent the same day despite getting there well before the postman arriving. Not sure if the parcel has even been sent off tbh. Don’t post anything expensive at this post office. They will “lose it”.

I'll be honest, it's not the most tidy place, it's small and pokey, in the daytime the queue is huge and there's usually just one bloke to serve. However, I usually get there around 07:15ish in the morning, first thing, there's never a queue that early and I post my parcels & carry on with my day. I've never had an issue really.

I regularly come here to send off my online orders, it's been a while I have noticed that some of my customers are not receiving them. I tested and went to another post office for a few weeks never had any issues, I've recently gone back there and again today I found my customer did not get her order! Ordered last Wednesday and the tracking says it's still at the post office. I'm very disappointed by the lack of professionalism and decency here. I will not be sending my packages there at all from now on.

Staff are really friendly, but I strongly feel like they charge people more then they should for example if you take a small letter they will charge you for large! Plus the phone number doesn’t work.. and for gods sake I don’t wanna comment on Royal Mails messed up website!

Poor customer service! I went to give a prepaid package, one of the staff told me to put the package on the scale and said how much it will be!! Not looking at the label which says prepaid! If you are a trainee, you should be wearing a badge saying trainee! The owner wasn't helpful enough! 😕 what a shame!
