Rockingham Road Post Office (Main)

Pleasant staff, unfortunately too much time is spent by the ladies behind the counter chatting between themselves. In the meantime the queue to be served gets longer. Customer service is non existent, people do not wish to listen to their personal problems etc. Customers just want a efficient service, sadly The Jamb post office does not give this.

Fantastic post office.
Use it daily to send parcels & receive them.
Excellent communication, extremely helpful.

I would highly recommend, never ever had any issues.
Extremely quick with service too. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my parcels.

The staff are amazing, especially the girls ( all of them ) always smiling & extremely helpful & always have an answer of support with any queries you may have.

( P.s annoyingly I’m not as good looking as the “Greek god” hahaha!

Never again, unhelpful to the point of being rude & uninterested. Managed to offer the wrong service then the very important and irreplaceable documents were lost. The ' it's not our fault , it's the Post Office fault '' attitude didn't help. Be warned !!

Over the years I have used the Old Corby Village Post Office for business and personal use. I have always found the staff to be friendly and very helpful, even in busy times. I would highly recommend using this post office as the service it great.

I needed to renew my photocard driving licence and for some reason it couldn't be done online. I then found out that the branch at the Jamb were able to do this. Friday morning I went to the branch with my renewal letter and about to expire licence. I was really impressed with how easy the whole process of the renewal was. The lady who dealt with me was really professional and everything was done on a handheld device that I assume was uploaded directly to DVLA. I paid the fee and was informed that some people had received their license back within 2 weeks. Not bad considering the reports in the news of how bad the DVLA are at the moment. So on the following Wednesday (5days) I was absolutely amazed when my renewed licence arrived. Well done DVLA but also thank you to Mittal and the staff at the Jamb post office.

Drive across town to use this post office have done because of the service Doreen and Michelle both lovely and very helpful always happy to help and very knowledgeable.
