Chislehurst Post Office

Great service and all staff are friendly and up for a chat. I have been using the service for over 8 years now and will be in the future :)

I’ve lived in Chislehurst 20 years and use this as my local post office rather than the main one to keep business going well from today I will be travelling to Bromley, the actual post office staff lovely the people that own the shop are so rude and must create a horrible workplace vibe , also to add they were robbing people by charging 7,99 for a pack of disposable gloves, had to throw that one in 🤭

Looked them up on Google it says they was open till 12 on a Sunday I get there at 10:30 to find it all shuttered up and not open🤷‍♀️

The staff in here are so rude and obnoxious (apart from the lovely chap based at the front of the shop)

Rude staff . They always try to sell costly service rather than appropriate service per need basis . Questions are not welcomed . If I purchase a service I would expect some more information on timeline of delivery. Each time I am given a vague answer or can't say when it will reach . While there was no one at window when I appeared at window I was send back to waiting line rudely. Atleast create a right setup to address your ways of working instead of assuming your customers to be perfect. It's era of customer obessession over customer education

Friendly and helpful staff. Honestly such a breath of fresh air in comparison to the staff at the New Eltham branch.

Always helpful and willing to go above an beyond with the service they deliver.

Had a mix up from the day before and the corner shop lady was really lovely and helpful resolving the issue for me 😊

I have always had very good service and found the staff knowledgeable and friendly.
