Great service
All the lady's are very very friendly and king.
But one of the gentleman is not good
His customer service is not good for us. But he is very king for English people not for us

Opening hours till 10am? Too bad if you have to pick up something that need signature or is important. I was hoping to get my stuff today, came after 5pm (Thursday opening hours said 4-8pm) and you find out they have been open 7-10am again. Can't get redelivery as I might not be home at a time when postman comes. So my stuff that has been sent with special delivery paid extra is stuck somewhere in delivery centre.

Yet another company blaming Covid for a reduction in services!!!.
7am til 9am a disgrace when the Sorting Office is manned all day.
Customer Service ???

Times are out of date so it's actually closed when I leave work early and make a long drive to get there. Thanks

This place should be knocked down & abolished its not fit for purpose especially with the revised opening hours, how are you supposed to collect any parcels, 8am - 2pm so what if you've got a job? As most normal people do. My postman refuses to leave my deliveries with neighbours & insists on taking them back to the sorting office for some untold reason, These lot are retardedI wouldn't even en trust them to take the bins out

HOW CAN I PICKUP PARCELS AT 8 WHEN I AM IN WORK AT THAT TIME ,WHERE IS THE MENTALITY IN HAVING HRS THAT ONLY ACCOMODATE PEOPLE WHO ARENT WORKING WHEN THE REASON FOR HAVING TO PICK A PARCEL UP IS DUE TO YOU BEING IN WORK WHEN POTSMAN COMES , GET THE HRS BACK TO OPENING AT 6 OR 7 IN THE MORNING

Very frustrating, the Thursday hours are publicised online as 4-8pm but arrive just before 5pm to find it closed.
I just want my parcel and a redelivery is not convenient as I work and can't wait in all day
