Very rude and unhelpful staff (apparently manager)
Asked for my 12 year old ID which I had a photo of her passport on my phone and he was insisting he wants the actual passport (he was sure he works in passport office not post office).
For a small pack of chains which could had been delivered into the post box and tracked parcel not tracked and signed!!
Made me to go home with no results.
So unhelpful, so unreal and so rude.

Staying at home from work waiting for important parcel, opened the gate earlier so it was easier to come for them just to discover 'Something for you card' at 5 minutes to 13:00. No ring, no knock. It's not a hard job but they just don't care

Funny opening hours, I have to take a day off to collect the parcel? Coincidentally Saturday 01 Oct I had a day off, I'm driving in traffic jams over 3 miles ... And ?! closed!!
You can knock how long you want, we are nobody and we waste our own time.
The person on the street told me there is a strike today !!
No any information around about.
Show some commitment to your work and after get the raise!

This here message is dedicated to the postman who seems to hold a personal grudge against my front door, for despite the animation and cheer that beacons from its window, he by means unbeknownst to me seems to materialise before the gloomy side door, wherein he ruthlessly slides The Red Slip of Death through the letterbox. I am standing beneath the rain, in my ludicrous nightgown, hungover, awaiting the 8 am bus, to collect the God forsaken package. It is now 8:51. I have lost all hope, and trek back homewards, with a feeling of insurmountable dread. I oughtn’t wait any longer, for I must away to the East. My beautiful Transylvanian wife who awaits me there shall beat me with a cane, for I will not have brought along the Offering, which now indefinitely resides in the postman’s lair. Curses be upon he who has enabled such an ordeal. You shall one day know the hellish wrath of my Transylvanian wife.

I really do wonder if they absolutely despise their job, because it shows in their attitude.

No willingness to help at all.

Had trouble with my printer and found out I could have my postage labels printer at the delivery office. Very smooth service and patient and helpful staff (I had quite a few packages). Would highly recommend this office and look forward to using them again soon.

Very rude postman, shame for this service!!! Always loosing my parcels in the past. I live on the first floor in the house and he didn't even come upstairs.I have been shouting that I'm self-isolating which he ignored and said he will come later. When he arrived second time, I told him that I'm self-isolating and he didn't care. I had to go downstairs for my parcel to sign it! They have Covid-19 guidelines and he breach it! He supposed to sign it and take the picture like others do if someone self-isolating!

One of the worse in Royal mail sites! They never deliver the parcels! They won’t even bother. Always I get a card in tge post being at home. No ring bell ever!! So I have to drive up to this place everytime wasting time and fuel! Anything you buy of amazon and comes via royal mail avoid!!
