Received 1 hour delivery slot notification yesterday but no delivery all day. It says item returned to depot. Now again this morning says out for delivery but driver is clearly still in the depot according to live tracking. No live chat, and no phone number. To make things worse, the depot is only 5 minutes away drive from the delivery address. No point sending customer 1 hour delivery slot notifications if you deliver 24 hours later....if at all

This is not a Royal Mail site. It is Parcel Force only. But the staff are great.
