Ripple Road Post Office

I have been shopping here for almost 30 years of my life and will say the counter staff and owner, Sam, are lovely. His wife however isn't. To be refused service for not wearing a face covering despite exemption is discriminatory, given that she cannot know individual circumstances or reasoning. Government guidance is clear. There are exemptions, there is no requirement to carry an exemption card (although I choose to) nor provide proof. The lack of compassion and understanding during these times will be remembered. Sad to say after 30 years I have no intention of ever entering these premises again.

This is the only post office I will visit.. I drive 15 minutes out of my way to go to this specific Post Office because the service I receive is second to none! The lovely lady Suga who works behind the post office counter is always friendly, professional and very very knowledgeable.. She has always been able to resolve any issues I have had in the past and if anything is out of her hands she will guide me the best way possible! Thank you again Suga :)

Unfortunately the owner of this post office Sam, acts like he hates his job and the customers he serves. Such a shame the post office is no longer a friendly place.

Been coming here for years as it’s convenient to park up and walk in! Lovely owners known them since I was in college! Use to come here with my mum! Such lovely welcoming post office! Always friendly and helpful in everything.

I don't even want to go to this post office, the man this morning is acting like he is his enemy to the employees, I say good morning, there is no answer from him, he is always unhappy, always unhappy, and he comes to my wife's name. Spars don't want to give it to me, even though I show him my driver's license, he says no, show his wife's Panka card, and rudely asks for his debit card I don't understand this rude behavior.

The staff in the Post Office are always friendly and extremely helpful and the adjacent shop is always well stocked. Glad it is nearby.

Only Suga is kind, professional, compassionate there the other lady horrible and very unprofessional.

Just rang about a parcel to see if it was there with no Help as I have ordered My parcel to be a ' redirected to the post office shop regarding this matter n put the phone down very unhappy with the service
