Melrose Street Post Office

Don’t ever go to this place! So rude and not following COVID rules!! Shop says 2 people at a time! However in this store there was 3 people! And was said the 3rd person is a cleaner!?! When she was clearly just talking over the post office counter with another colleague. Just because I was taking slightly longer to confirm my post matched to my order. The guy was like ‘can you wait here on the side’ where there was no space?!? And allowed another customer to come within the 2m boundary and the customer behind didn’t care regardless?! His cleaner was stood next to me on the left and was simply talking to a colleague he couldn’t say anything to her to her to move but a customer!! Just soo rude and unprofessional and going against COVID law!

I know it's only a post office but it is worth reviewing, this one! the two men who work in there are so so nice, down to earth and friendly. Great service in there and always helpful. Keep up the good work!

Would be nice if you could have put your revised opening hours on this website. Or have a telephone answer service that gives said information! Spent unecessary time walking to your post office to find you closed!

Great post office and great place to get essentials, also friendly nice people who work there too.

Great experience at this post office, staff are very friendly and helpful. They really know their stuff and are willing to help out, especially the young lady.

Dreadful! So rude!! I needed help with sending a parcel back I don’t have much experience of it he treated me so badly his name is Nilesh. I then went to a post office up the road Barkby road and the lady there was so helpful.

Kindness is so important when doing a job which entails working with the public. Your attitude stinks Nilesh!

Horrible customer service. Rudeness at another level. They have not yet grown up to even go to college. There is usally two people on the front desk and they do not say a word (literally they do not speak) unless you have made an error of some sort of which they would tell you off in a rude manner. Never going again!
