Upper Edmonton Post Office

It's the post office I go to regularly. All the people working inside are very kind and helpful. Every time I have an issue, they help me out and explain other options in detail.
And now there are also areas where you can have drinks and desserts and many more...

This is my local post office and I have been going here for years. It is one of the main post offices and offers all services. Today I went there to post an international parcel, the lady at the counter was very helpful and recommended the cheapest option for me. The queues are not too long compared to other post offices and the staff are all friendly.

I live in Tottenham,but prefer to used this post office as long theses staff are here,I never experienced good customer service like them ever in my life.
The day I went at the post office to post my citizenship documents a lady in there provided me with all necessary guidance 🙏 with a friendly face with good gesture of body language that she's really willing to help me. I hope she remains their with the same staff on duty that day of my stress posting day.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went there on tuesday and the lady that served with with the glasses, is so rude she is always giving me an attitude, customer service is trash, she refused to refund me, but shame on her because the people refunded me double.

Safia provided an amazing service, in a very professional manner. Helped really well with giving the best options for my postage.

It is first time I went there but I have nothing bad to say . There were more than 2 till's open so I did not wait for long time to be served . Customer service was really good . Also you can buy boxes , envelopes and more if you want sent parcel or letter . At this post office you can find photo me box which I think it is very helpful .
