People only ever post when things go wrong. I've never had a bad experience here and they've always been polite. Working with the public can be very difficult some times, they expect the world but the Post Office have an increasingly hard job especially working through covid and more people buying on the Internet. You do a grand job - Thank you very much!

I tried to ring about a dozen times. I got no answer though, so I decided to check that the number was right by ringing it whilst I was stood in the office. I could hear the phone ringing out the back. Clearly I had the right number. I could also hear 2 members of staff chatting and laughing. When one came to the front desk I asked about the phone. He told me that the number wasn't connected anymore. When I told him it clearly was as I just checked it, and could hear my call coming through, he wasn't embarressed and didn't try to answer any further he just shrugged at me and said 'well, we are busy'... Wow. Stunning work Royal Mail. Literally the most poor customer service ever.

Multiple times no one has been there in their opening hours and the door is locked

Poor delivery. ......Why can't they left the item to house.Once they didn't deliver and left a card, I was inside house and redelivered again, they left card by saying no one in. I'm only realising they were outside after getting mail.no other delivery are doing this. What will if it is important and we can't stay in delivery place for whole day.......

Appalling service and disgusting, rude behaviour from your staff working 1100-1200hrs on Saturday 15th October. Unacceptable in every way imaginable.

I have been waiting on a parcel for a couple of days, finally get an email today to say it's going to be delivered.
Now 4.30pm, check emails, and there is a completely fabricated email saying that "we've received a request not to deliver to my address"! Oh really - well that wasn't from me, so if its true - who gave that instruction.
Would call the sorting office, but of course they shut at 2pm, fat lot of good that is!
Great service - not.

Terrible service. One failed delivery no attempt at another. Office only open at lunchtime. I don't think I will ever get my parcel.

Honestly, the rudeness of staff when you go in is one thing but the inability to get thru to someone by calling is a whole nother thing!

Late delivery, no tracking information and just poor service all around.
